'UK at the Half': MLK Day By Ryan Girves

For this “UK at the Half,” Kendriana Price, assistant director of diversity for the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment and MLK Day committee member, discusses Lexington’s upcoming annual commemoration of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

This year’s celebration will take place on Monday, Jan. 17, 2022 and will include the Freedom March and a program directly following. The theme of this year’s celebration is “Dr. King’s Beloved Community 2022: Facing A Time of Reckoning in An Age of Denial.”
