Lexington teenager, future doctor flourishes despite rare illness

LEXINGTON, KY. (March 27, 2024) — In many ways, Treasure Newton is your typical 17-year-old.   She loves hanging out with her friends and family, trying new recipes and doing her makeup. But unlike most teens, she knows exactly what she wants to be when she grows up. She has an entire career plan mapped out, shaped by a lifetime of being a patient in the DanceBlue Kentucky Children’s Hospital Hematology/Oncology Clinic. 

ISC senior named 'Most Promising Multicultural Student' by American Advertising Federation

LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 25, 2024) — Audrey Meulehe, senior integrated strategic communication major in the University of Kentucky College of Communication and Information, has been named to the 2024 class of the American Advertising Federation’s "Most Promising Multicultural Students" program.
